I received a phone call saying that there was a legal firm that was trying to contact me about a loan that was taken out in 2019. It is now 2026 that if I did not pay the loan that I would have to show up to court and that they would send me documentation to take me to court, and that it will cost me double the amount of money if I were to go to court on a loan that I took out at a kiosk. I informed them that I have never received a loan. I have never had a personal loan and I asked them what documentation they had to process the loan and they told me that they would contact me via mail and that they did not have that information to give to me. I told him that I was not able to write down any information as I was driving at the time and he said that he would call me back with the phone number to contact and did not answer the phone that they will leave a message.
