She said her name is Angela Torres calling in regards to a complaint this is my final attempt to contact to rectify the complaint before its filed. Please contact 877-753-8851. This is what is left on my voicemail. I read about others experiencing the same scam, and that if you call back they want you to verify date of birth; social security number. If you refuse to or ask them to identify themselves, they get nasty and say they don’t have to give any information.

Call came from a different number than what was left in the message. (326) 699 - 8147. Message stated Angela Torres calling regarding a complaint. In order to prevent complaint from being filed to contact their offices at (877) 753 - 8851.

At no point during the message was an actual business name provided. The message replayed twice and automatically disconnected.

Called left a voicemail about a complaint I filed. I called back and a gentleman answered told me my social security number said that I owed a debt from 2020 and that if I didn’t pay it then I’d be slapped with a 1,000 fine. Once I asked who is was and told him I didn’t know what this was about. He started to yell at me and use vulgar language I asked him who he thought he was talking to me like that he hung up on me and I called back and he didn’t say anything. Once I told him what he was doing was against the laws he then started yelling again and said don’t call my mother ******* phone again. And continued to yell.

This person has called my number multiple times looking for the wrong person. They leave a VM saying it's Angela Torres calling about a complaint against you. When I returned the call to inform them they called the wrong person and number the now "man" on the phone was very rude and responded with "you don't get to ask me questions" and immediately hangs up.

Left a voice mail claiming I owed money and if i didn't call back by end of day they would be filing suit. Called back, they wanted my ss# address etc. I did not give them any info. Couldn't tell me who they were filing against me for. I hung up

I keep receiving phone calls from an angel Torres saying she is trying to settle a complaint for me. I have spoken to several employees there one specifically is Robert banks who is very rude and nasty. He threatened me and hare added me several times. He was very degrading and demanding. They have also harassed my family members looking for me. This has caused me extreme emotional and mental stress.

The caller left a voicemail saying her name was Angela Torres and when I called back a man answered. He answered the phone "Litigation Department." Then, they asked for personal information. I advised I would not be giving that and he got nasty and hung up. When I called back he asked me if I was stupid and to stop calling him. There was an alternate number given on the actual call and that was +1 (920) 449-4700. He was demanding money for an old debt I know was already paid. When I said I needed a statement emailed or faxed in order to pay it he stated he does not have to give me anything. Which as a former fraud investigator I know is not true. Very concerning aggressive behavior followed and foul language.

The same guy called me. I asked did they send something in the mail regarding a debt. He yelled at me stating "we don't have to send you ANYTHING!" I said excuse me! For someone to work in customer service, you are very rude!. He yelled back saying he doesn't work in customer service and that I need yo pay the da** debt. We yelled back and forth then he hung up on me!
He also said I owe 600 dollars from 2018 and If I don't pay it today it goes up to 1200.

Called from a "local number", missed the call and they left a message. Claimed to be Angela Torres and calling about a debt. Left a call back number of 877-753-8851. Returned the phone call and a man answered and I was not able to hear him very well so I hung up and called the number back. The same man answered the "877" phone number and hatefully said "did you just hang up on me?" I answered "I'm sorry but I couldn't hear you" and he replied "Yeah, I bet. I bet you are lying to me." I hung up the phone before it could go on any further.
