Aggressive calls from a debt collector looking for someone else

They called me from (866) 967-1161 looking for a family member because of documents being delivered to my address. I advised that I didn’t know who they were looking for and the first person hung up. I called again to ask them to stop calling ask I figured this was a scam and I was not able to finish my sentence when the person started to advise that this person list me as a contact which I know for a fact is false. I was continuing to ask him to stop calling me and was hung up on again.
