They called with the wrong first name, correct last name and old address.
With those mistakes you just cant take these people seriously,
If they get a hold of you it is likely collections. Accounts that were not settled and are sold in bulk to other companies do that they can try to get you to pay. Ask not to be mailed at work or calked at all,

Called and asked for my brother. Asked if I was a relative. Said he had a pending legal case against him gave this phone number and case number. I told her it sounded like a scam and did not forward it on.

I missed a call from an unknown number. The voicemail they left stated, “This is a time sensitive matter that does require your immediate attention. If there's no contact we will view the address on file as being correct and they will be dispatched to all your locations next week. So again that phone number is 866-715-7585 you or your attorney need to contact them immediately…” They then proceeded to tell me my address in which they threatened to come to next week. Which was correct.

I got a call saying they were going to press charges if I didn’t pay for a old payday loan and they were going to get me for check fraud from check n go from a woman that identified herself as Mia Gomez . She send a contract via adobe they had the last 4 of my social and my address I uploaded the voicemail left. Made a payment plan but after researching and not able to find anything I cancelled everything
