"IMPORTANT NOTICE:
RESPONSE NEEDED

[My name],

This notice is regarding your [date of mortgage] mortgage. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 866-426-7809 as soon as possible.

Mortgage ID# [my mortgage #]
[My name]
[My address]"

Clearly not from my mortgage lender, so I did a Google search and found this.

Received blue postcard. IMPORTANT NOTICE: RESPONSE NEEDED. Prepaid postage Daytona Beach, FL permit #457.

Notice received with the following info: “This notice is regarding your mortgage with ____________ Credit Union. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 866-426-7809 as soon as possible
