Charges started showing up on my visa account in increasing amounts, starting with $1 and increasing to $20, totaling $175. They had my husband’s phone #, email address and credit card info. We have never used this ‘business’ from NM, USA! They stated we had an account with them, but could not provide an account number. When I pressed them at (866) 242-0544 they said “we’ll refund those charges”. I then called Visa to report the incident, and thankfully they verified we were being refunded (I suspect they were only refunding what we had been charged because we caught it and they didn’t want us to report them). Now, the only way I can be sure they don’t charge us again is to get a new card.
