A lady called Sara Jones is saying they’re calling me about a claim I made then they called my mother and father saying there’s a claim against me and that a Marshall will come looking for me and that this is a call notification, I’m afraid my information had been breached. They provide claim number to me as well but the call is blocked caller unknown.

They called me too with the exact same spiel but a woman named Mia Carter. However, they informed me that was for a company called Acima that I had done business with years ago to get a table set for my house and owe the rest of the money. She said they are preparing to take me to court and asked if I had an Attorney they would like to list. They also said if I called to talk to Acima myself that it wouldn't make a difference. They had my social, date of birth, address, and my families phone numbers. I still don't know if this is legit or not. It's just a very odd phone call because even as bill collectors they acted as if they themselves were police. I will be calling Acima regardless.
