Person claimed to be a lawyer representing Wells Fargo trying to get $10,000 from a $1,000 debt I had discharged in court 20 years ago. They knew my social security number. He said there was a pending lien against my property. I checked with the clerk of courts. There is not. I checked my credit report. No such debt exists. They refuse to answer any questions about the original debt and now hang up whenever I call.
