Called and left a message they were with Patient Accounting with Providence Medical Group and needed to speak with me about a "business matter". I called the number from 8447465501 and got no automated system directory for options. A woman with an Indian accent immediately answered, stating she was with PMG PA and asked how she could help me. The call was poor connection and I could hear what sounded like a call center in the background. I've dealt with PMG before and this is not how they handle business. Plus, I looked online and the phone number and office hours given did not match PMG at all. I have not yet called the actual PMG number because I wanted to report this ASAP. I found this site when I Googled the phone number and saw someone else report the exact same thing - a woman with an Indian accent who sounded like she was in a call center, claiming to be working for a hospital/medical clinic that person had used.
