Respected Sir / Madam ,

I'm writing to report a scam incident involving a fake Norton support service from 844-213-4927 Support Service. I was searching online for help and came across a page titled “How to activate a new ATT service (AT&T wireless activation)” which displayed the number 844-213-4927. When I called, the person claimed to be a support representative and convinced me that my system had security issues. They instructed me to purchase Amazon gift cards as payment for fixing the issue. After I shared the codes, they stopped responding. I later realized it was a scam and I have lost my money.

Please investigate this matter and take necessary action.
