A repairman came in a car … no uniform … had no paperwork to record pricing etc. He took one look at the freezer and said turn was broken and it would be around 600$. I had mentioned there was ice under the baskets which he ignored. A neighbor came and removed the ice for me… the arm is not broken and the freezer is fine. I have not heard from this company … the parts were said to arrive in 3 to 4 days. Their ad is still up when you google "certified whirlpool repair service"
