If you have not recieved a court summons you must contact my offices. Good Luck!"

I have received this same message weekly for the past couple months.

I have ignored it up until now.

I got two messages and ignored them so they called my boyfriend daughter and left a long message for her to give to me about a warrent being served to me if i didnt call them back She had me to hold while she looked for my file(8) minutes she knew my name and last 4 of social security number and ask me to admit it was my social number i said i didn’t feel comfortable giving it on the phone she said then we will see you in court and she hung up

I called and was told I owed $5000, and I could settle for $1000 with their office, I inquired if they were just now in the process of expediting my case over to the court why would I been getting a summons, and the paperwork had not been submitted yet. A final decision in regard to what. I asked them to provide me documentation regarding the amount owed, to whom and what court had the paperwork been file with. They said they will see me in court and hung up.
