Was sent a paper in the mail that my car warranty was about to end and that the price was going to be increased. Told me that I didn’t have the full bumper to bumper warranty that I thought I had through Ford. Convinced me to sign up and pay for their bumper to bumper warranty. Once I called Ford, Ford said that the company lied to me and that they are a scam because I do have the coverage I originally thought I had. I was told that I can cancel my plan with Endurace within 30 days and now that I’m trying to, they keep directing my call somewhere else and not letting me cancel the warranty contract. I looked up if it was a scam and if anyone else had issues with the company. Everyone online stated to not go through them and that they were a scam and when you do get a warranty through them, they don’t pay for anything because barely anything is actually covered by warranty even though it’s bumper to bumper. They convinced me to get a warranty and pay $136 a month for 36 months. They have pulled out $136 from my credit card but have yet to send me over my warranty paperwork or anything. When I’ve called 10 times to try to cancel my warranty and they won’t let me even though policy stated I could.
