Person calls in stating Verizon loyalty department because of great long outstanding payment history. Offering 35% off my next bill and offer a new phone. I order apple pro max with 1 TB of memory and was sent 2 5. Promised me a new TB in the mail but 1st will to send new 512 tb back. Attachment of AWB.
