Cell phone call from 8009356003. "Healthcare" on screen. AI male. Claimed a connection with Cigna. Said a previous preapproval was no longer approved. If I had questions about the declinig of a previous approval I had to push a number ( can't remember number I pushed) then I had to validate (enter my phone number, I did. Then told me to enter my SS#. I hung up.
