- Corpus Christi, TX, USA • Feb 23, 2026

I received two mailed letters from 800-201-9390 marked as “Immediate Response Required” and “Final Notice.” Both letters claimed to be related to the property at my address and stated that it was “secured by my current lender.” The letters referred to something called an “allocated waiver” and said the sender “reserved the right to revoke the allocated waiver within 7 days.”

The letters pressured me to call a phone number and provided a “record ID,” along with a signature from someone named William H. Keating. The language was urgent, unclear, and did not match any communication I typically receive from legitimate lenders. After checking with my actual lender, I confirmed they did not send these letters. The notices appear designed to create urgency and trick homeowners into calling the number and possibly sharing personal or financial information.
