Received a letter from 701 E Franklin Street Ste 105-1499 stating we needed to renew our 2026 Annual Registration for LLC in Virginia. They had our company name and account information. They stated I could either scan the QR code and pay online or mail in the payment of 195.00 to the address. When scanning the QR code it gets your email address and credit card information. They charged our credit card 195.00 under false pretenses. This is a SCAM BEWARE!!
