Throughout this process, I called the company almost daily, trying to resolve the issue, but they consistently ignored emails and only responded via text or calls. Their customer service was dismissive and rude, showing no concern for my situation.
After leaving a review on Google, the seller personally called me, stating that he didn’t care and would not assist me. He even threatened legal action against me for sharing my experience. I stand by my review and am prepared to explain everything that happened.

I purchased 220 units of a product called Marathon Ras Iced Tea for a total of $5,035.50.
The company claimed they would handle the shipment directly to Amazon on my behalf after I provided the necessary labels.
3. Tactics the scammer used:
After sending payment, I received only 1/4 of the promised product quantity.
Following this partial shipment, the company filed an intellectual property complaint against me on Amazon, accusing me of selling counterfeit products, despite these being the products they shipped to me.
I made multiple attempts to contact the company for resolution, but my emails and calls were ignored. The company also did not deliver the remaining products or issue a refund.
4. Additional details:
I have seen other reports of similar fraudulent practices by this company on the Better Business Bureau and Scam Detector websites, where other sellers have had identical issues.
This fraudulent behavior has put my Amazon account at risk and caused significant financial harm to my small business.
