Talk about "Wolf in Sheep clothing." This old man (Project Manager, storefront: Achitectural Firm) represented that he was qualified and capable of performing the agreed-upon work. However, his conduct has demonstrated a clear misrepresentation, including providing copied and misleading images to falsely indicate project progress. Despite receiving substantial payment, he has failed to complete the work due to his crew/workers not providing or having license. His abandonment of the project has caused significant financial loss, project delays, and distress. He left the resident exposed to moisture intrusion due to broken windows, pest infestation, water in open buckets, removed siding and exposed it to weather damage and mold development. April 08, 2026 a license inspection and electrician guy was at the property, the Project Manager and crew never arrived. As of today, Project Manager has been absent from the property.
