I receive several calls from different numbers during the day but cannot answer my phone. So, one of a relative call me and said that a man name Mike Stevenson from 659-226-8290 and it was very important that he speak with me. So, I called him and it took me a couple of calls to reach him. After reaching Mike Stevenson, I verified my name and address, and he said that I owe a bill to Capital One and he needs to collect the balance. I told him I filled Bankruptcy in 2019 and that bill was filled with Bankruptcy, he informed me that it didn’t matter if I filed Bankruptcy, Capital One still needs their money. I asked him if he left a message for me to call him back why did he called a family member and he informed me that, that was public records and he will call my entire family until he get the money owed to Capital One. So, he got upset that I was asking him a lot of questions and told me I was being rude and he hung up in my face. He has called 5 other family members.
