I received a call from (651) 273-0795. It was a man from 651-273-0795 saying he was calling related to my employer's (which she knew) healthcare plan and that they were offering a personal nurse to assist in managing my healthcare needs. They asked me to confirm my date of birth and address. They already knew email and phone number.
