Report

Call from Michael Anderson identifying himself as Publishers Clearing House employee badge 1064801. Said I would $750,000. Would be paid by certified check. Asked me to get a $500 Amazon Card from CVS as proof of identity.

Said he would arrange for delivery of check today. I looked up Publishers Clearing House scams and found that they never tell prize winners in advance so identified this as a scam. I had no loss except wasted time.
