Today, August 30, 2023 call came in on my cell phone at 3:09pm. I answered “how can I help you”? The lady replied, “this is the Department of Health”. (NOTE: She did not say Missouri Department of Health nor the U S Department of Health.) I asked again since the area code of 573 is a Missouri area code. I said, “who”? The lady stated “this is the Department of Health. Is this a business or residence”? I replied, “sorry I can’t help you.” And we both hung up at the same time. I reported the call to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Also, the Missouri Attorney General’s Consumer Line at 1-800-392-8222.
