Received unsolicited texts from this number. He first asked about painting services, then switched to brick washing. Asked twice whether I accept check payments, ignored a request for photos of the work site, then claimed to be "currently out of state" and wanted the job done before "we move in" — sight unseen, estimate only.
He gave the address 1624 Glen Keith Blvd, Towson, MD 21286. Maryland tax records show that property is owned by an investment LLC — no one named Frassa appears anywhere in the ownership history, and the property is currently listed for sale.
This matches the classic check-overpayment scam: the next step is typically a check for more than the quoted amount, with a request to refund the difference. The check bounces and the contractor is out the money. No money changed hands here.
