Andres Garzon Lopez advertised on Craigs List as a sprinkler specialist. He did a sprinkler repair and was paid. He said we needed some landscaping and quoted me $1600.00 for the work. He said he would reduce the price by $100.00 for the work and we agreed for $1500.00. I wrote a check for $800.00 on May 8, 2024 check # 4923. He promised to begin the work immediately. He quickly cashed the check from Educational Employees Credit Union. Now it is end of May and nothing has been done. I have called and text and he simply ignores communication. I have a invoice #300703 FROM ANDRES GARZON WITH HIS SIGNATURE STATING HE RECIEIVED AN ADVANCE OF $800.00 AND THE REMAINDER OF $700.00 TO BE PAID UPON COMPLETION.
