I received a call today around 10:00 a.m. from a phone number that was listed as the Ontario court of justice, location in Orangeville Ontario. When I answered the phone the person who picked up said that they were calling from "air duct cleaning services". I did not give away any information, I just told them that it was not okay to be calling from a spoofed number, especially when it is a legal organization. The caller began laughing and said "no ma'am", but I hung up before he was able to continue. I googled the phone number afterwards to confirm that it was the actual phone number for the court of justice, which it is, and then decided I should file a report.
