A David Schnider who said he was with PCH from the number 516 266 7651 said I had won 3.5M dollars and all I needed to do was to go to Walmart and get a $500 American Express gift card because this is what the state of Wisc requires to be paid if you are a prize winner. He finally got tired of me not believing him and hung up.

About 5 min later he call my wife's phone and as soon as we heard his voice, I got the phone and told him that he had just hung up on me and made a couple of other comments about being a [censored] scammer.

He hung up again.

I called the # above and it was his voice claiming to be with PCH on his recording.

Can y'all let me know what you find out?
