I signed up for a streaming service from 4kspeed (4kspeed.com) and was charged twice for the monthly fee, totaling $24.00, upon initial setup. When trying to set up the service, it would not work so I contacted tech support at [email protected] who was unable to troubleshoot. After two hours of troubleshooting, I attempted to get a refund and that is when tech support ceased communication with me. I have made repeated attempts to try to cancel the service but there is no way to do so on their website and I can no longer reach anyone in customer service to get my refund as they are not answering the WhatsApp number.
