My QB renews in February. It is set on auto-pay. I have had repeated calls in the last week from 480-779-8955 asking for payment. When I reference that it was auto paid, they tell me it is for the software upgrade, not the annual license. This had me question them. I called Intuit (Quickbooks) direct and they shared that they would never call out on billing issues and did comfirm they have received scam updates on the 1800 number. These people have called 5 times now in the last week.
