The caller from 440-627-0362 indicated he was calling about a credit card and loan saying that PNC was going to cancel the credit card. He said it was based on a report from the BBB. I questioned that and he said that the ScamPulse.com monitors this. I told him this was a scam and I hung up. Prior to this call I received a numerous amount of spam calls and no messages were left.
