Start with am email stating I was billed 492.99 for Geek Squad services. I replied to cancel it. Then asked me for my phone number the called from 4154236379 gave me the name ALEX TURNER ID NUMBER 0957530. He asked why I wanted to cancel. After he said the only way to receive the refund was to follow the instructions he sent on my email .I hit the link and the next thing they took control of my computer. The had me type in the amount of the refund. I accidentally added an extra number

They instantly sent it to my bank

Then they became demanding the extra money be refunded. But the only way was to buy gift cards for the amount. I said ok but went to my bank and they stopped it by closing my account. I have spent a week getting everything straight.
