Was left a voicemail saying there was a court appearance sent to my address that had been returned since they apparently had the incorrect address and that I needed to get in contact with the lawyer handling my case and they gave me the name of lawyer and number to reach her. I called and was placed on multiple holds and when I finally spoke to someone it was not the lawyer who was handling my case. And they had asked me about some info regarding a credit card from 2017 and it had gone delinquent and the statute of limitations is up in Nov that is why the urgency to file in court now and I needed to pay 3000 and some odd dollars and when I said there was no way that was going to happen she then said that she would remove the court fees and if I could make a payment plan arranged with her then this could be settled.
