lady called and ot was early in the morning and i was caugh off guard because i was half asleep when i recorded the call stating that it was a call on behalf of a client and they had been told that i was invasive and I not compliant and that if i didnt pay 2500 dollars i would ve going to jail.

Voicemail message received with vague and veiled threats that stated they have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach me by phone and mail for "payment processing." They stated I was "flagged as evasive and non-compliant." The message concluded with "to avoid further penalty" I should contact Mrs. Clark at 409-761-7631 "Thank you and good luck."

Constantly getting calls from 985-314-3366 with a voicemail from Miss Clark to call 409-761-7631. I don’t answer the calls and I don’t call that number. She never says in the messages who she is with.

An automated message from "Mrs. Clark" calling to "verify" an address after claiming several attempts to contact by phone and mail, both false. The number on caller ID was 920-663-5944 despite the callback being 409-761-7631. Did not give a business name, mentioned something about a client.

Hello, this urgent message is intended for * *** . If this is you, please press one now or hold for message. My name is Mrs. Clark with payment processing. The reason for my call today is to verify the address we have on file as we are preparing to file documentation in your case. Our department has made several attempts to get in contact with you via mail and also phone calls, both of which were unsuccessful. Our client has flagged you as evasive and non-compliant. In order to avoid further penalty, please contact us immediately at 409-761-7631. Again, you can press one now to be transferred to a live agent or call us back at 409-761-7631. Thank you and good luck.

they called saying attempts to collect this debt and I have been evasive and non compliant. Its also asking for me by my maiden name and I haven't gone by that name in at least 10 years. I have not received anything in the mail from anyone.

the company left a message stating that I’ve been noncompliant and evasive and I owed money to them from 2015. I told them I needed proof of the debt and the gentleman proceeded to harass me and tell me that I need to pay my bills and they stated that I was a loser because I’m not taking care of what I’m supposed to take care of and they kept calling and harassing me so I finally blocked them
