Xxxxxx Your payment arrangement was not fulfilled, and your account has now been moved into immediate escalated status. At this point, the account is being prepared for the next stage of internal review, and once that process begins, it becomes significantly harder to resolve. This is not something you should ignore. You must contact us right away between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern and ask for Jason Mitchell or any representative in our account resolution department. Delays on your end will only allow the escalation to continue. Your index reference number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
