I'm a real estate broker. Josef Linken contacted me through my website. I ask him to call me which he did. He said he was from Italia living in New York and he was looking to buy a home in Foley, He was very specific about what he wanted. He also ask how long I have been in the real estate business and my experience. He was buying a home for himself and his dad and 2 sons. He said his wife died 2 years ago. He wanted to know how close Foley was to a major airport and wanted to see homes that were close to local parks. He said he prefers to communicate through the whatsapp. I did set up a Whatsapp account and sent him some listings to look at through a link in the MLS. He had a picture in the whatsapp profile. He even sent me a picture of his children with his Dad. One time I messaged him I was going to workout and I will get back to him after that. The next day he sent me a picture of himself at gym. He also sent me pictures of himself at his office. He said he owned 8 figures of bitcoin and he has a team to do 5 to 8 trades a month where he makes 20 to 30% profit by buying and selling long and short positions. He even sent me a picture of his trades. He said I should start small with $500 and he will coach me free of charge to show me how to make money. I never found anything about him on social media or linkedin. A friend suggested that I copy his picture into a google search, which I did. There were no known images found. I deleted his chat in whatsapp and blocked him
