I thought I was ordering from 32degrees in a Facebook ad. I had ordered the same way the month before. It ended up being another company called Softwhimsy impersonating 32degrees. They charged my credit card and I never received the items I paid for. I reached out to their “customer service” and was told it was still on its way and the tracking number showed it jumping back and forth between airports. Finally today it showed as delivered…it was not. I checked my cameras and nobody even attempted to deliver a package to my house. I wrote them back saying I’m sick of the run around and just want my money refunded at this point. I still have yet to hear back from them.
