I saw an add on Facebook from a company that I thought was 32 degrees. I had purchased items from them prior, so I clicked on It and purchased some items. I started inquiring to my items having not receiving them after 30 days. The tracking number given to me showed me that it was out of country and then landing in different places, then showed delivered. The items were never delivered and I kept emailing the company. I checked my mail box and front porch every day. After so many emails, the company said they would refund me 90%. I accepted, and have yet to have been refunded. They have told me 3 times over the past two months, that the refund would take 15-25 business days.
