Clicked on "Shop Now" for what I thought was an ad for 32 Degrees to purchase activewear. Completed my order, but noticed the confirmation came from a strange email address, [email protected]. Immediately tried to cancel the order through the customer service link on the site, but was told they could not. Then contacted my credit card to try to cancel the charge, but could only dispute the charge once it was cleared. Order was placed on February 7th 2025 and as of March 19 2025, no order has been delievered. I have tried contacting the customer service email asking for a status update, but have not heard anything back.
