I saw an ad on Facebook for 32Degrees. I have purchased 32 Degree items in person at Costco, so I was familiar with this company. I placed an order on Jan 19, 2025 and was informed that the order would take 14-21 days. Since I didn't receive any other confirmation, I inquired via email about shipping tracking code. I received information that the item was delivered on Feb 14, 2025. I have a security system video system at home and no such delivery was made. I contacted the help desk: [email protected] (This email should have alerted me something was not right) and they offered to resend the order or have a 50% refund. I said that this was not acceptable and asked for my full refund of $39.91 on my debit card.

On March 12, I was informed that I would receive a full refund and still no avail. I want to send a complaint and warn others of these bad practices.
