I didn’t answer the call, but when I saw the caller ID said “IN Dept Health” I quickly returned the call, fearing a medical emergency involving my son, who is an IUI student.

When I called, I got a recording saying they’re not actually a State agency. They represent several health insurance companies, and wanted to give me a quote. I hung up.
