They scammed me into thinking I was making a one time purchase of their product, when actually they signed me up for recurring monthly payments. I did not authorize this. It is nearly impossible to get any kind of customer service. I keep getting a new credit card and they keep getting the new card numbers and continue to charge my account monthly. It's ridiculous.
