Received a fax from Care Medical Supply for doctor to send in order for back brace and send a copy of the office notes. No documentation in Doctors note that she needs this and per her daughter she is not in need of this item. She has Medicare and feel that this is a scam so SAFE report made and sent to ScamPulse.com
