I met Paul Nutall on Facebook while I was in a modeling contest where I reside in Arizona. He introduced himself as a talent agent in Hollywood and offered me a role in a movie called Juwanna Mann 2 with Miguel Nunez Jr and told me what he could do for my career and that he is the real deal even sent me photos with celebrities and people in the industry. He even sent me paperwork like tax documents etc showing that his non profit organization 2ndChance Fga is legitimate and that his organization is about giving people second chances so I thought that was amazing. . . The way he would provide information and said things made sense at the time. Telling me soon I will be able to tell my mother she will never has to work again and so on. It sounded too good to be true. And I fell for it.
He flew me down so we could meet and took me to one of his celebrity friends house who was supposed to be the executive producer on the movie Miguel Nunez Jr, and played along with him as if the movie was going to happen and I met him on 3 separate occasions. They even told me we would be going to Atlanta for 3 months.
I had this wierd feeling in my stomach when we checked into the W Hollywood Hotel Paul's card declined. He was so adamant about paying with cash the hotel said they need a credit card to hold $500 for incidentals. He kept asking them if he can just pay them in cash and pay double in cash for incidentals because he doesn't like using his card. They declined, so we left an hour later to a Walmart he put money on a prepaid card, went back to the hotel and it declined again. After another half hour they finally agreed and I was able to check in.
He emailed me my contract on July 21, 2016 and told me to make sure I have an entertainment lawyer look at it and I was planning on doing that anyways. So I contacted 2 entertainment lawyers and one said that the contact needs to be revised that there are a lot of errors, misspellings etc. and that he should pay me to have the contract revised so I told Paul Nutall and he didn't like that and said that they just want more money and entertainment lawyers are very expensive which wasn't and issue since my boyfriend is very supportive. He was rushing me to get the contract back from me because he said I need to get it back to him in time before we leave for Atlanta because other paperwork is involved and I signed it on August 8, 2016.
He added a sign in bonus it said I would get $10k plus car of my choice paid in full in my name within 30 days of signed contract and I chose a 2016 Cadillac Escalade and he also said I was going to get $150,000 for the movie role. I started to question him a lot because a lot of things didn't add up regarding the movie. Well the movie never happened it was all a lie. I was still questioning but wanted to wait and see what happens by September 8, 2016 because that would be 30 days from when my car and money would be given to me. And he kept stalling it. He tried telling me its because ABC DISNEY dropped his 3 million dollar contract which is fake by the way and I have proof, I'll get into that in a few... no where in the contract does it state that we have to wait to get our bonus until he gets paid. He doesn't like it when you don't agree with him or if you say something he doesn't agree with.
I also met another girl on his birthday that ended up signing with him also offered the same thing but she didn't sign hers until about 2 weeks after I did. He did tell me about her 2 weeks before I met her and he said he wanted to put us in a reality show and call it A & T Adventures, the idea was great an article was even written about it and posted on social media. She started questioning his contract the way it was written a lot of things were missing she wasnt happy with the contract and I didn't blame her since I felt the same way. But I figured he's the one who put the offer on the table so what do I have to lose? He wasn't happy about her questioning her contract and even said that he's going to get rid of her. She revised her own contract and actually did a pretty good job if you ask me. I told her numerous amount of times to get a lawyer but said she didn't want to pay for one. Since he was planning on getting rid of her due to her causing "problems" according to him, then he came up with an idea of doing a reality show with me and 6 other girls called KATA ADVENTURES. 4 main girls 2 friends that would show up on episodes from time to time.
I flew down to Los Angeles to film for 2 days on September 9, 2016 and he said we would be going to Dubai by the following week and Kris Jenner is buying it and it would be on the network E! Paul Nutall would even show me text messages of conversations he has taking about the show from "Kris Jenner" which are fake by the way and have copies of those. For 3 weeks he kept saying we're going to Dubai to film the first episode and it was always a Friday. I still kept looking for answers as well as another one of the girls that received a contract from him but was having a wierd feeling about the whole situation. He kept pressuring her into signing it but she was having her own suspicions. He was telling her to make sure she gets a passport for her and her son since we were supposed to be going to Dubai and we will be flying in a private jet with Kris Jenner for our first episode. There would be a nanny available for her son while we film so she could bring him with. He could never give her s a straight answer.
In the intro of the video for KATA ADVENTURES there's a clip where you see Paul Nutall getting out of a black Escalade and the driver is next to him opening the door. The driver has a company where they provide luxury cars, private jets etc and he gave Paul Nutall a blue 08/09 Bentley to drive. I guess the agreement was that since he's going to advertise him and his company on the "reality show" that will get him a lot of exposure and that he won't get paid until the show starts. Well the show is never going to start so he can drive that Bentley as long as he can and he doesn't have a valid drivers license. I tried to warn him but don't seem to really care since they are on his side. Maybe they are a part of his scams? Who knows. I also have a picture and license plate number to the Bentley Paul Nutall is driving along with screen shots from messages between him and the driver regarding the Bentley and working together.
Well my money and car would have been due and again he kept saying don't worry I got you and I started having my suspicions and started investigating him. We got the video (intro) we shot and he started posting it all over social media and told all the girls to go ahead and post it. People started asking questions about the show when is it going to start? Congratulating me the whole 9. I didn't know what to say because he kept switching the dates and could never give me or anyone a straight answer.
Then this lady that knew him back in San Antonio Texas saw the video he posted announcing the reality show and she sent me a message along with others saying he's a fraud she used to work for him and he owes her $9k and that's when people started coming out saying he's a fraud and I started looking more into it. He told me to block her .He says people are just hating on him for no reason He promised that by the 29th of September something os going to happen and we would be in Dubai filming for sure. I told him I'm giving him a chance and the 29th will determine everything and if this doesn't go through I will have to consult my lawyer for breach of contract. Well it never happened and that's when things started going downhill. He also gave contracts to 3 other girls and they haven't received anything from him.
I found out he's wanted for felony child support in San Antonio Texas it says absconder status meaning he got 5 years probation when he got transferred from Michigan to Texas he never checked in with his probation officer. He is now in Hollywood running scams. I looked up pubic records and found this...

So I started contacting the girls to let them know but one of the girls he had already turned her against me and Visa Vera. So I figured since I signed my contract before they did, if I haven't gotten my sign on bonus they definitely are not going to get paid. I contacted the people he had issues with that I remember he told me about. They have come forward and told me their story and here are two ladies who got scammed by him as well as others and this is their statements
"Paul Nutall conned me out of $2000 for a rental property that he claimed to own, showed me all of the vital paperwork and then disappeared 2 days before I was able to take possession and move with my 2 children. He had broken and entering on the property, forged signatures (which he was charged in the city of San Antonio) and comitted fraud. I never got any compensation back and was almost homeless with my kids. He didn't mind putting a single mother and her children in that position and then running. He's a lifelong con artist and the police advised me a very very bad person. He is a good liar and will take everything you have! DO NOT TRUST HIM! Consider yourself warned!" She also stated that she has reported him to authorities but nothing has happened.

He has reported him to the FBI but apparently nothing has been done.
His brother in law also told me his mother and father are alive and well. So Paul lied about his mother being deceased. I asked because the day of filming he came in like his whole world came crashing down and he announced that his mother passed away to everyone and how he never got the chance to rekindle their estranged relationship. I asked about his father because one of the girls told me that they asked Paul how does he survive if he doesn't work and he said he gets money from inheritance from when his father passed away. He lied about his mother passing so that he wouldn't have to pay the 50% that was due for the video (intro) which was $6875.00 I have copies of the agreement between the videographer and him. Will get into details about that in a few.
Another guy came forward and even made a YouTube video exposing Paul Nutall about a year ago. I contacted him and he told me that Paul Nutall scammed him into purchasing boxing tickets that never existed. It was a couple thousand dollars worth. He said I'm not the inky one who has been scammed by Paul and to join the rest of people he's scammed. He stated that Paul Nutall is bad news and needs to be in prison. I can also provide a link to the video.
Looking through his videos on YouTube I started reading the comments and found comments from another girl saying she was scammed by him. And this is what she said...
"This man is a con artist meets women via social media, claims he's a Christian and is far from any of that. He is a scam artist so do not work with this man he will burn you like he did me and he robbed me for $2000.00 saying he had a modeling gig for me and he could help me get a car and when I gave him my money he changed. After knowing him to be a Christian man for 2 years I could not believe he could do this to me and my children. I went a whole year more without a vehicle walking my children because this man needed my money more than I did, I guess. I have police reports to prove of this scam and after he burned me he tried to press charges on me and my family for saying were making terroristic threats towards him before I could press charges on him for robbing me. Of course the team of investigators were really great and threw his case out the window when they retrieved my phone and text and Facebook records stating he's a liar and a fraud due to his statements and my proof and his history of money laundering. Beware do not work with this man you will get burned. He's not Christian he's a front and a coward."
Paul Nutall stole content from someone for a video he had posted on YouTube. He sent me screenshots of the conversations and they basically said that the content he has is stolen material and told him to take it down. He was using that content to obtain employment/business from it. So I decided to reach out to them and here is what they said...
"Hi! Yes, I have had some issues with Paul stealing my content. If you would like to know more, please feel free to call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx any weekday after 7pm Eastern time. I'd love to hear what you have to say as I would like to resolve this issue of copyright infringement I have been a part of."
"Yes, Paul and several of his "colleagues" stole me and my friends content. We filed a patent on our content so if he or anyone else tries to use it without our permission we will take action. Sorry to hear you've had issues with him as well. Not surprised to hear he has done this to other people though."
"We're assuming Paul pulled the video from a blog run by our college or possibly vimeo account. I can't remember their names right now. Basically, we just told Paul, and the others involved that if they used our content again we would press charges. Again, it's unfortunate to hear that he has been scamming others. This was a work of journalism therefore he has no rights to the content we produced on him. All of this is pretty strange."
Paul Nutall claims he was the signer Selena Quintanilla Perez's bodyguard in the late 80's and there's no record of that. His brother in law said its all a lie. His brother in law and sister went homeless because of him and lost everything because of him. His own family disowns him.
I found out that Paul Nutall created fake contracts from ABC DISNEY stating that ABC DISNEY is going to advance Paul Nutall $3 million dollars on or before June 13, 2016 with forged signatures from Robert Allen "Bob" Iger, Michael Dammann Eisner, Channing Dungey and Paul Nutalls actual signature dated April 25, 2016 his new business partners name is on it as well but she didn't sign. I also have copies of the whole falsified ABC DISNEY contract. He is even offering his "business partner" 30% of net revenue derived from the production. This was all for his "show" called 2ndChance Fga which never happened. He tried to use the excuse that because ABC DISNEY dropped him that was the money he was going to use to pay for everyone's bonuses but like I said before that was not the agreement. He made it seem as if his company is paying for it. It was just one excuse after another.
The way I found out the ABC DISNEY contracts were fake is because another lady who used to live with him for 7 months that was his executive assistant said he had her revise the names on those contracts meaning that her name was originally on the contract, she was supposed to get the $1.5 million and the 30% of net revenue derived from production of the 2ndChance Fga show. He wanted someone else's name on it and that's the girl I mentioned before that didn't sign the contract but her name is on it. So he basically traded her out for the girl I mentioned before and promised them both the same thing.
She also stated that while living with him for 7 months they were staying at the Best Western Plus San Pedro Hotel Suites in California they did not have to pay for the 7 month stay because Paul threatened to sue them because he claimed he got bitten by bed bugs which wasn't true because another lady who he says is his assistant was sleeping in the same bed with him and she was sleeping on the other bed since there were 2 queen beds in the room. Neither one got bit by bed bugs it was all a scam into getting Best Western to comp him for his stay since they don't want to get sued. I also have screen shots of him writing a bad review offering people a free lawyer if they have any issues with Best Western. The reason he was living out of Best Western is because he has no home or anything in his name since he's on the run for child support.
She tells me that Paul was using the fake ABC contracts to scam theses 2 guys into giving him money, basically an investment scam. I spoke to one of the 2 gentleman he scammed and have a recorded conversation about how he got scammed by Paul Nutall with details including pictures of Paul at "ABC DISNEY" signing but it was all a set up. He stated that he is the CEO of 2ndChance Fga and that Paul took his name off of the paperwork and put his and we have proof of that also. When Paul asked them for $30k that's when one of the guys decided to run his name and found out his fraudulent criminal record and told his partner that he's not giving him any money and if he wants to that's on him and his partner gave Paul $5k and never heard from Paul he also has proof of that. They also found out those contracts were fake from ABC Disney and that it was all a scam. He said they filed a police report about 6 months ago in Garden Grove California but nothing has been done about it.
The one "business partner" that he has on the ABC contract that he also made promises to is also one of the girls that's on the intro for the "reality show." He promised her $1.5 million dollars plus 30% of net revenue derived from production of th 2ndChance Fga show as well as other jobs in the industry. He even wrote her a check from US Bank on a closed account for $1.5 million dollars and another one for $110k. Told her to hold on to them and not cash them yet so she waited and waited since he was giving her excuse after excuse but by this time she has been giving him money to "invest" in his non profit organization called 2ndChance Fga. He did mention that he owes money for child support and if they find him all the work they did trying to get 2ndchace Fga going will go down the drain. So she went ahead and started giving him money to save what they had "worked" for but never really knew where the money went. She says that she gave him cash $5k here $10k there and so on. I asked her how much money have you given him? she says it's a lot and I asked her is it over 30k? She said yes. She gave him cash because he always requested that it had to be cash he doesn't like paper trail. He basically sold her a dream and she bought it. She says that she sold her house in San Diego because Paul told her that she will have to move to Los Angeles for the work that she will be doing. A big portion of the money she had from selling her house is what she gave him. She says it's as much as a down payment for a house. She is embarrassed and scared to report him but wants justice. She has original copies of the checks and I have copies of the checks. She also found out those contracts from ABC Disney are fake and the KATA ADVENTURES reality show will never happen because it's all an investment scam and most of the girls involved don't want any part in it. Plus he never paid for the videographer. She just wants her money back but is now coming to terms that she will never see it. She is willing to come forward if she can remain anonymous for safety reasons.
Paul Nutall wrote the videographer a bad check for $14k on a closed account. As I mentioned earlier on the contract/invoice it states that client (Paul Nutall) agrees to pay 50% of the total amount or $6,875.00 prior to starting filming on Thursday, September 8, 2016 in the form of a check. The remaining half (or $6,875.00) will be due upon completion of the project which includes the entire finished edited sizzle reel with finished graphic animations and music/sound. He signed the agreement on September 7, 2016. The videographer was going to report him and changed his mind due to safety reasons. He is scared because Paul Nutall knows where he lives. I also have a letter he emailed to me and one of the girls stating that he knows he isn't going to ever get paid so he would just rather walk away and move on with his life. He is also aware of Paul Nutall's criminal history.
Paul Kavin Nutall is a liar, a fraud, thief and master manipulator. He photoshops himself in 3 pics with 3 celebrities and I have proof to verify it. One with DR DRE, one with CHRIS BROWN and KYLIE JENNER. He claims he slept with Kylie Jenner a year ago and didn't know how old she was. I have screenshots of messages he forwarded me from "Kylie Jenner" asking him to come over to also pick her up from the Emmys sending him pics you name it. He swears by it. He swears he has ties to the Jenner family and he was so persistent about Kris Jenner buying KATA ADVENTURES and like I mentioned before I have screenshots from him sending me messages that "Kris Jenner" sent him regarding the show and working with us. He does have pictures with celebrities but those are celebrities he has ran into and in Hollywood if you're at an event it's not that hard to take pics with celebrities. He claims Jay Leno and him are very good friends and he has ties to Liz Hadid, Erica Mena, Lil Bow Wow, Floyd Mayweather, Nick Cannon I mean the list goes on and on. All of the address he claims he lives at including the address on my contract he provided are all fake addresses.
He has a video on YouTube inside of this mansion in Ranch Palos Verdes California where he's swimming and "showing off" his home. Well I found the address to that mansion and after doing extensive research I found out he doesn't even live there. I even found out the phone number to the owner of the house and she has no idea who Paul Nutall is. I'm still trying to figure out how he got in that house and took videos of himself in it. Maybe he's friends with the housekeeper and she let him in? We will never know... he likes to put things out that make him "look good." He also photoshopped himself with Taraji P. Henson that's on the show Empire on a flyer announcing that he's going to be on season 2. When you google his name Empire stuff does come up but its all stuff he has posted so it looks like it's legitimate but it's not because it would have been announced by FOX and there would be articles about it from legitimate sources. I also have copies of those pictures.
I started a page on Facebook exposing Paul Nutall and it kept getting reported. I did that to warn others because what he is doing is wrong. He is mad that I am exposing him so he's trying to make my life a living hell. He has been harassing me and is trying to blackmail me, slander my name and image. He has one of the girls so brainwashed she is now harassing me as well. He's very good at making you feel and think you will be a star. He sends me massive messages trying to get me to leave this alone and I can't because what he doing is wrong. He is destroying people's lives and reputations. This whole experience has been a total embarrassment. This is defiantly something I didn't sign up for. Even if he gave me my bonus no way I would want to work or even associate myself with someone like that. Too many problems and inconsistencies. I am unable to get a restraining order on him because he lives out of hotels. He threatens you with the FBI and that you're making terroristic threats etc and that he has information on you and drops names like bombs.
He will gain your trust and use whatever he thinks he can use against you if you turn on him and that is why he gets away with scamming people. He claims he has his masters degree but can't spell to save his own life. He has the gift of gab I will give him that. But when you lie you have to remember, when you tell the truth you don't have to remember. And that is why I started catching on to him. How do you sue someone who has no money and is scamming people? Paul Kavin Nutall needs to be in prison and stopped. He is not contributing anything to society. This is a brief summary and points of what's been going on. There's defiantly much more.
I have recorded conversations from the people that got scammed by him in detail including falsified documents and checks with his signature on it. They are willing to cooperate except the one that wants to remain anonymous. I have so much evidence against Paul Nutall that would land him in prison. I am passionate about doing what is right. I have a recorded conversation where he tried to negotiate with me and even brings some random guy on the phone saying it's his business partner and I never heard of this guy. He sounded very shady on the phone asking me what do I want to do about my contract, If i want to do everything legally or what. It was really wierd he says he's a "behind the scenes" kind of guy but couldn't identify himself. In the state of Arizona we have a one party consent law. So I am able to record conversations by Arizona law. California law there's a two party consent and every time I recorded conversations I was in Arizona.
My lawyer is currently working on a judgment against him.

This is Larry Griggs, brother-in-law to Paul Nutall. At the time of the original report, I was basically 'brain washed' into believing what Ms. Ariana Vasquez, said was true. In fact it was all an elaborate lie on her part to rectify her own desperate state of affairs. My brother-n- law has had to deal with the death of both his parents in 2017, and the death of his daughter's mother. He has gone through an incredible amount of loss and grief, and I couldn't sit here and let this woman destroy his character with this bogus report. It turns out, after gathering information about her, that she was operating as an unlicensed illegal escort in the State of Nevada. After her arrest on 2 counts of illegal prostitution , she fled to the state of Arizona. She apparently is a fugitive on the run, and has two active felony warrants. She was attempting to get money from Paul to clear her legal problems, but when he discovered her criminal status, he dropped her from the show, after which she began her internet crusade of smearing his name, rallying his friends and family against him, all for the sake of saving her own skin. I am deeply disappointed in myself for believing the lies of this jezebel, and have thankfully mended fences and offered my apologies to Paul and the 2nd chance organization. I am also working for the 2nd chance organization, which is a company designed to help people achieve success in life. I will post this rebuttal across all of her bogus reports, to ensure the public is aware of this deceitful act by Ariana Vasquez. In addition, she also tried to influence, convince, & scheme another gentleman by the name of Pepe. In his email report found below, he was clarifying to her that he did not want anything to do with the negative situation she was trying to rally together against my brother-in-law. She is spiteful & incessantly pesters those she contacts with messages, hoping to receive a negative response to add to her untrue statements against Paul Nutall. On another note, her and her boyfriend Bobby are the ones involved with bogus car sales scams all over the country. Below is Proof of their scam report complaints by a myriad of their customers.
