I have no clue who this is, but they take $39.99 from my account and it's impossible to get in touch with them, never any answer!
I would really appreciate it if someone would clear this up for me. After that is cleared up then I shall be canceling and asking for a refund.

I received an email stating that my free trial for 24Hstation has begun, and my credit card will be automatically billed $39.99 per month if I don't cancel by 11/17/24. I called 3 times and was put on hold and then disconnected before I spoke to a person, The email address provided for customer support doesn't work. I can't see any charges on my credit cards yet, but they say the charges are "pending". Please advise.
