Same experience with a seller on AliExpress who claims this address in Chullora NSW but the item never arrives and have not received a requested refund from AliExpress. Seller provides what looks like a legitimate Aust Post tracking number but AP says the number that the seller provided is invalid.

STILL SCAMMING

The address PO Box 6014 Chullora. NSW. 1406, is currently used by a number of eBay sellers who direct import products from China. They previously used and address in Lord Street Botany. The listing will show that the product is a location in Australia, when in fact it is not. You need to go to the seller profile and check their location, many will show China, however in recent times they show as Australia, but still use the direct import process through a company in China called Equick.cn which consolidates multiple shipments from numerous suppliers and then airfreights the items to your nearest capital city airport.
