The middle of the night, I just got off of work. We don't have insurance, and my husband has a tooth abscess. He's in extreme pain and can hardly stand any longer. I found 24hr doc online; as do not have insurance to assist in payment. I used the very last of my 60$ to see this doctor. It advertised "no long waits for a doctor" "24/7availability" and "expedited care". They NEVER ONCE called. I ended up not receiving ANY antibiotics or anything. No notification, no phone call, no email. I went back to the site and waited for TWO HOURS before i finally received a response; at which point they told me I NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR IN PERSON AND REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY!

Absolutely awful! Took payment then never called in my prescription. I had call repeatedly in the middle of trying to work and take care of a sick puppy while sick myself and when I tried to get them to simply do the job they advertise (call in my scrip, I was hung up on twice. Eventually got my scrip after 10+ hours. They lied and says it went to the wrong pharmacy, but I had confirmed the pharmacy during one of my first calls (7 hours after I submitted my info.) Do not waste your time, spend more money and get better quality care.

Website claimed to offer 24hr doctor care and prescriptions. After going through pages of providing personal information I provided information about my physical symptoms. I received an email receipt and an email indicating my prescription was called into my pharmacy.
