I called a 24 hour mechanic to do break pads on my 2016 equinox he and another young man came to my house at *** ******* Highland Park Michigan ***** they brought break pad with them and attempted to take the old ones of to put new ones on the did the left side and when they right side they told me that I would need rotors als I had already given the $135.00 for the job so I needed more money for rotors I gave them another $65 they were to go get rotors and come back to finish the job I called several times before they even answered the phone they apologized and said they would be in route back to me as time passed I called several more times and I’m getting no answer I continued to call even had family members call still no answer I texted many times no response and still haven’t heard from them they took my money a ran
