I locked myself out of my house. These guys quoted me $80 on the phone, then showed up and demanded I pay almost $500. I told them I wasn’t paying them [censored], and I’d find someone else. They started threatening me, saying I had to pay or else. I asked for his name and the address of the company. He wouldn’t give it. So I called cops. The guy didn’t even have a drivers license.

Still scared they’re gonna show up at my house later to take revenge for not paying. Don’t use these guys, they are scary.

Former Unsatisfied Customers, you are not alone. A similar experience happened to me. There is a class-action suit being prepared around this business. Please reach out to me at 908-655-5432 to be included / share your experience.

+1

I was charged $250 for simply calling them and having them come LOOK at my problem.

To top it off, they said a LOCK CHANGE would cost over $600.

The worst experience I've EVER had with a locksmith. EVER. Unreasonable people, ridiculous prices and when you point out how ridiculous their 'service' is, they act as if this is 'normal' (It is NOT by any means).

DO NOT use these people by any means. Use your local locksmith. They won't charge you a quarter grand for the simple act of coming down to your house.

John - give me a call 908-655-5432

I was locked out of my car last night I called the locksmith I had to call twice to dispatch and they would give me not a quote either time but went ahead and sent the locksmith out he pulled up I asked him them for a quote he went ahead and started talking about how he was unlocked in the car it didn’t take five minutes and tried to charge me $465 said that I could call my insurance and get 319 reimbursed when I said I would need to call them then he said he didn’t have time to wait and if I didn’t pay him that it would be theft of services and that I didn’t want to make him mad and so then we got it down to $180 I went to pay with my credit card and he wouldn’t allow any credit card just cash or cashappthat cash app is dollar locksmith 25 I tried to call back to get his company name because I didn’t have a receipt or anything when I had when he left and he hung up on me

searched for someone to let me into my apartment after got locked out. showed up in unmarked car and unable to pick very standard lock - he insisted that he would have to drill it. quoted me "$250 plus extra fees". whoa that seems steep but already waited an hour longer than when they said they would show up, outside in 20 degree temperatures. drilled it, installed a new lock, final price $480! the job was done so felt obligated to pay, especially cash to avoid an extra $50 fee for any online form of payment, which I could've disputed. called to company to see if I got scammed by the technician, turns out the exorbitant price is 'because of the area you are in', and when asked for any extra information I could get, he just said he already told me why, which was somehow all due to my area (no place special, just a suburb in Northeast).

DO NOT use these people. Find another locksmith that actually knows what they're doing and has some sense of integrity.

Salem Gina your full of bool[censored] everything is a agreement and you agreed to the services that were provided you had to make your mind up and call someone else who had integrity if that was the case but you chose otherwise and want to play smart but this is how the business is everything is a agreement once you agree there's no refunds unfortunately
