22nd Century Technologies Inc Reports & Reviews (9)

I went on the 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (TSCTI) website because they advertised 32 job openings for Phase 3 Grant Application Processors positions for New Jersey state. I talked with Setu Sharma for two weeks, he said he was in India and finally stated the positions on the website are no longer available once the system was updated. Setu said he worked for Optimize Man Power and they are working for 22nd Century/TSCTI. Once Setu said the jobs are no longer available, I received an email from Sumit Rai about a NJ state job for the NJ Housing and Community Services. I knew Sumit's email was not legitimate because of so many sentences not grammatically correct. I wasted two weeks with hopes of getting employment and am so thankful I did not give my birthday or SS number. Here is another website they use https://www.tscti.com/node/471.

I learned of an agency through a school nurse Facebook group who states they were contracted with the state of NJ to employ RN's and LPN's to administer the COVID-19 vaccine at the mega-sites. I went to the website and it looked legit. Then I spoke to a recruiter via phone and through email. I sent her my resume, copy of my BLS and license. A week later she stated that they were waiting to meet with the client to begin scheduling. Other nurses on the school nurse Facebook group also became concerned on the legitimacy of the agency. The emails from the recruiter were signed as:

"Fiona Raffan, RN | Healthcare Recruitment Lead

[email protected] | (980) 255-9427

www.tscstaffing.com | www.tscti.com"

Take caution with sharing your professional information with this group.

Victim Location 55102 - SAME situation happened as well. All seemed normal until they kept pushing back my start date. I will report them and contact credit agencies to hold and lock my personal information to avoid anyone using my personal information. AVOID THEM!

- Saint Paul, MN, USA

On job posting websites (zip recruiter, career builder, indeed). Site Leader, Site Manager position. Everything seems normal a recruiter calls you, sets up a prescreen interview. Have another interview similar to what an actual recruiter does. Is a contract position 6 month.

Makes an offer that looks legit. They have you complete onboarding paperwork online. Still everything seems legit as something Ive done in the past for employment.

Start dates kept moving back, no contact from client, messages not returned in a timely manner.

Sent an email saying I was reporting them for fraud. Was contacted and the guy tried to say he's legit. I told him I've already put holds & locks on all my credit reports so if they're attempting to use my information they will be denied. Havent heard from them since.

I've had the exact thing happen to me. Additionally, I did have an actual 2-panel interview with DMAS (Department Of Medical Services) in Richmond, VA. I completed all the onboarding documents and haven't heard from the company since. It is incredibly disappointing and disheartening, especially with all the documentation they have in their possession. I really didn't believe it was a scam, but exceptionally poor communication, until I thwarted another scam via another company who got my resume off of Careerbuilder. I already removed my address, but I'm considering deleting my phone number and have already resorted to an alternative email address. I will also be following the path of contacting the 3 credit bureaus. It's really shameful. Please Beware!

This is a very sophisticated employment scam. The first person who contacted me was "Charlie Brown" of ETalent Network. When I signed the paper that says I'm interested in the job and emailed it back, I received an email from Nampreet Kaur of 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. with onboarding documents. I did not log in to fill out any of the onboarding documents. I decided to do some research first. On my employment offer letter, they have listed as the office manager Kulpreet Singh. The documents they sent appear official, but the place they said I'll be working has no knowledge of them. Most of them have an Indian accent. When you try to call them back it doesn't go through. When I began to have concerns, a woman named Michele called me who speaks English. Her phone number is 202-215-2521.

When I called one of the other numbers back to tell them I decided not to proceed, they replied "Ay I have your complete name" "And reason as well". I don't know if that was a threat, but I think this confirms their intent.

I keep receiving emails from so called company called ETalentNetwork IT recruiters for 22nd Century Technologies, Inc for jobs that I have not applied for nor desire to. In body of emails there is links they want u to click on to learn more about 22nd Century as well as other links providing recent news about the company, also link to look up candidates, which I found very odd. I received 6 emails (which 2 was from same person)

Scammers reach out about job , call back and say you got job . Ask you to fill out tax forms with all your info ask you to submit ID and social once that’s done you don’t get called for job

Call and said I had a job. I would need to give my birthdate and ss number to perform a back ground check. He (Shivam Jolly) asked if the pay grade would be acceptable, I said yes the job would be a dispatcher for 8 months For UPS. I also did a resume online so I figured it was a legit company. When I called the number back it was a none working phone for the company that was stated in the email.
