Phone call from 212-481-0612 and the caller ID said Chase, from the entity '212-481-0612 Caller'. They identified as Chase / zelle fraud department. They then proceeded to forward my case to other departments and I spoke to a total of 3 people. They assigned me a Case Report #. They told me to add an email to Zelle to 'cancel' the transaction. The email was [email protected]. The names of the people I spoke that I was able to record were Williams and then John Mathews. I did not send that email contact any money. They also stated that someone in Ohio was using and iPhone 8 and they were going to block this cell phone and add my cell phone.
